1.2 Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are limited and subject to review.

1.3 Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Subscription Cancellations

4.1 Subscription services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

4.3 Once canceled:

• Future recurring billing will stop

• Previously processed payments are non-refundable unless otherwise approved

• Access to subscription services may end at the conclusion of the billing period

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

5.1 Customers agree to contact BusyBandit before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

5.2 Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

5.3 BusyBandit reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to payment processors regarding disputed transactions.
